Tenant IMprovements

TriEx Development performs tenant improvements (TI’s) for office/flex space users. As with apartment renovations, we can work with an existing suite, and demo it to a shell, then build it to suit a particular tenant’s needs, or simply enter an existing space and make modifications to enhance it given the user’s requirements and goals.

TriEx Development understands that a business’ work space helps to define its culture and employee morale, which is why we do our best to make the finished product as close to the client’s vision as possible.

In addition to interior TI’s, we can serve as a general contractor for exterior projects including: parking lot/walkway upgrades, exterior facade upgrades, and common area renovations.

Apartment Renovations

Our experience ranges from complete unit demolition with a total remodel, to just remodeling/refreshing the kitchens/bathrooms. We have also done renovations that include the addition of washers/dryers to the units and installation of ductless mini-split systems.
